弧焊逆变电源外特性控制策略的建模与仿真 被引量:2

摘要 外特性的控制是弧焊逆变电源研究的核心问题;文章研究了弧焊逆变电源硬件组成以及外特性控制系统,建立了外特性控制的数字PID模型,利用MATLAB对该电源外特性控制策略建模与仿真;研究表明采用PI控制策略能满足该电源的性能要求。 The control of external characteristic is a key problem in research on arc welding inverters. The hardware architecture of the inverter and the external characteristic control system are studied in this paper. The digital PID model Of external characteristic control is founded, and the external characteristic control strategy of the inverter is modeled and simulated by using MATLAB. The simulation results show that performance requirement of the inverter can be satisfied by means of the proportional-integral(PI) control strategy.
