介绍了一种新型印染机上用的金属薄带纠偏控制系统的设计与实现,该系统是一套利用旋转编码器为传感器,可编程控制器为控制装置,脉冲驱动步进电机为驱动器的智能化纠偏装置。文中详细阐述了装置的工作原理、设计思想与实现方法。
This paper presents a kind of device for correcting the position excursion of a closed metal belt, which is used in a novel printing and dyeing machine. This device is composed of coder as its sensor, PLC as the controller and step motor as the driver. The paper also describes the working principle, design thoughts and the implementation of each part.
