西洋参果化学成分的研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of the Fruits of Panax quinquefolium L.

目的:研究国产西洋参果(the fruits of Panax quinquefolium L.)的化学成分。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂、层析法等色谱方法进行分离,并通过重结晶纯化,理化常数测定和波谱数据进行结构鉴定分析。结果:从西洋参果总皂苷中分离得到14个化合物。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ为首次在西洋参果中发现。

Objective： To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Panax quinquefolium L. cultivated in China. Methods： ODS and chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and recrystallization was used to purify. Physico - chemical properties and spectral data were used to identify the structures of the chemical constituents. Results： Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified. Conclusion： Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
