摘要
目的:研究国产西洋参果(the fruits of Panax quinquefolium L.)的化学成分。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂、层析法等色谱方法进行分离,并通过重结晶纯化,理化常数测定和波谱数据进行结构鉴定分析。结果:从西洋参果总皂苷中分离得到14个化合物。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ为首次在西洋参果中发现。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Panax quinquefolium L. cultivated in China. Methods: ODS and chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and recrystallization was used to purify. Physico - chemical properties and spectral data were used to identify the structures of the chemical constituents. Results: Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified. Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
