Determination of Hesperidin in Muxiangshunqi Pills by HPLC

目的:采用HPLC测定木香顺气丸中橙皮苷的含量。方法:Hypersil C_(18)柱(250mm×4．6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(19:81);检测波长:284nm;流速:1．0mL·min^(-1)。结果:橙皮苷在60．80～304．00μg有良好的线性关系,r=0．999 9,平均回收率为98．75%,RSD=1．99%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便,准确,重现性好,可用于木香顺气丸的质量控制。

Objective ： To establish a method for determination of hesperidin in Muxiangshunqi pills by HPLC. Methods： The HPCL system consisted of Hypersil C18 column （250mm×4.6mm, 5μm）, acetonitrile -water （ 19：81 ） mixture as a mobile phase, detection wavelength at 284nm, 1.0mL·min^-1 of flow rate and column temperature at 25 ℃. Results： The linear range of hesperidin was 60. 80 - 304.00μg, r = 0. 999 9, the recovery was 98.75%, RSD = 1.99% （n =5） . Conclusion： The method is simple , the result is accurate, higher sensitivity and the reproducibility is good. This method can be used for the determination of Muxiangshunqi pills.
