人参叶的HPLC指纹图谱研究

Studies on HPLC Fingerprint Chromatography of Ginseng Leaf

目的:应用HPLC进行不同产地人参叶指纹图谱研究。方法:采用C_(18)柱,乙腈-四氢呋喃-磷酸-水梯度洗脱,流速1．0mL·min^(-1),检测波长203nm。结果:通过色谱图相似度比较,各样品之间有一定的差异性。结论:本实验方法对人参叶中各成分能进行很好的分离,可以作为人参叶药材定性和半定量鉴定依据。

Objective： To apply HPLC to compare the finger chromatography of ginseng leaf collected from different producing areas. Methods： ODS column was used, with mixtures of 2% THF -0. 05% phosphoric acid - Water and acetonitrile as mobile phase in a gradient mode. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^- 1. The wavelength of detection was 203nm. Results： Comparison of similar degree to the crude drugs of different areas. Conclusion： Acorriding to the chromatography condition, the constituents of ginseng leaf were good separated. The method can be applied to the quality control of ginseng leaf.
