继续教育是建设学习型社会、构建终身教育体系的关键。高等学校是发展继续教育的重要依托,地方高校要发展继续教育,应该转变观念,找准定位,适度引进市场经济的机制,理顺管理体制,建设一支高效精简的管理团队,调整办学思路,拓展办学空间,扩大办学渠道,实施远程网络教育。

Local high schools want to develop continuing education.
