摘要
文章介绍班杜拉的自我效能理论,阐述了它在学生英语学习中的调控作用和影响以及它的形成因素,并提出了增强学生外语学习自我效能感的一些方法。
The writer in this article makes an analysis on Bandura's self-efficacy theory including its definition, features, and functons for students' English learning. The methods of how to increase students' self-efficacy and improve students' language competence and achievements are introduced in this essay. The author hopes that this theory will draw an increasing number of teachers' attention so as to give help to their students in their English learning.
