本文论述了孙中山国家资本思想的形成及其基本内核,并在此基础上,从“发达国家资本”与“节制”、“保护”私人资本政策并举两方面入手,进一步考察了孙中山国家资本思想对南京国民政府国有经济政策的影响,揭示了思想与政策的互动,及这一过程中所体现的双方的正确性与不足。

This paper,based on the Capital State-Ownership promoted by Sun Yet-San and its influence upon the economic policy of Kuomintang National Government,discusses the key concepts as well as the formation of the Capital Ownership Policy.And it also investigates the influence further through two aspects:one is the capital of developed countries and the other is the abstention and protection of private capital.
