国内钢铁业信息化建设中的存在问题及建议

Problems and Suggestions in the Process of Domestic Iron and Steel Industry Informationlization

在介绍我国钢铁业发展现状的基础上,针对钢铁企业制造流程复杂、规模庞大等特点,采用了理论分析与案例研究相结合的方法,指出了国内钢铁业信息化建设中存在的几个主要问题,并详细加以分析,提出相关建议。虽然国内钢铁业信息化起步较晚,但只要实施正确,完全可以在短时间内,利用信息化显著提升企业的国际竞争力。

Based on the introduction of the development actuality of local steel enterprises, this paper brings forward several main problems in the process of informationlization in the way of the analysis of theories combined with the research on cases, aiming at the traits of steel enterprises, such as the manufacture process is complicated and the size of enterprise is huge, and so on. Moreover, this paper takes into the analysis in detail, and the relevant suggestions are put forward. Domestic iron and steel industay informationlization start lately, but if they bring into effect properly, they can also make use of it quickly to markedly strengthen their ability of international competition.
