Manufacture System of Anhui Paroxysmal Weather Disaster's Early Warning Signals

介绍了国内及安徽省预警信号发布制作工作的现状,阐述了安徽省气象台突发气象灾害预警信号制作系统的设计思路、流程结构和主要功能。该系统设计合理,并利用计算机软件编程技术完成人机交互的系统界面,可以方便快捷地生成图文并茂的预警信号发布内容,解决突发气象灾害预警信号制作工作的及时性、一致性、完整性问题。

The present status of early warning system of meteorological disasters of Anhui and other provinces was reviewed. The designing idea, structure and main functions of the system were outlined. The man-computer interface was finished by using programming software of computer, which can conveniently generate the warning signal output with both picture and documents. The system solved the problems of urgency, consistence and integrity in the warning signal manufacture, and it also possesses transparency and universality. Some improvements in the system design are discussed.
