摘要
本文结合中国中小企业信用担保的现状和特点，着重分析了辽宁省信用担保的实际情况，提出了防范和控制中小企业信用担保风险的方法。
Through researches on the development and characteristics of credit guarantee system of Small ＆ medium enterprises in China, this paper analyses the situation of that in Liaoning Province and puts forward some measures to prevent and control risks in the process of credit guarantee.
