摘要
针对乒乓球作为竞技体育和健身运动的特点,分析了该项目运动员的合理营养需求,为乒乓球运动员提供合理的膳食建议。以期通过营养的合理调配使运动员能够尽快恢复体力,提高竞技体育的成绩。
According to the characteristics of Ping-Pong as athletic and body-building sports, this article analyses the reasonable nutrition demand for Ping-Pong athletes, and suggests providing them with reasonable diet. By means of reasonable mixture of nutrition, it enables athletes to recover from sport fatigue very soon, so as to improve their athletic sports achievement.
