医保政策下精神病人家属的心理分析与对策

Psychological analysis of family members of psychosis patients under medical insurance policies and its strategies

[目的]探讨医保政策下精神病人家属的心理及影响其心理的相关因素。[方法]应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对1186名精神病人家属进行评定。[结果]精神病人家属SCL-90各因子分均高于国内常模，且躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑、偏执四项口因子有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。[结论]精神病人家属的心理健康令人担忧，应加强对这个特殊群体的心理疏导。

Objective： To probe into psychological states of family members of psychosis patients under medical insurance policy and its related influencing factors. Methods： A total of 1 186 family members of psychosis patients were evaluated with symptoms checklist （SCL-90）. Results： The scores of every factors of SCL-90 of family members of psychosis patients were higher than those of domestic norm. There were statistical significance in four factors of scoring including somatization, interpersonal relation sensitiveness, anxiety and paranoia between them （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Mental health of family members of psychosis patients was worrying and one should strengthen psychological dredge for this special group.
