摘要
[目的]探讨糖尿病自我管理教育的方法及其效果评价。[方法]将60例住院糖尿病病人随机分为干预组和对照组各30例。干预组病人给予系统化的自我管理教育,对照组以传统的教育方式为主。每例病人在教育前及教育后测试糖尿病相关知识,随访空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及非药物治疗依从性等情况。[结果]干预组教育后6个月空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白的控制、非药物治疗依从性等情况明显优于对照组(P〈0.01)。[结论]糖尿病自我管理系统化教育能更有效地提高病人对糖尿病的认知,增强其自我管理能力,主动配合治疗,对控制血糖、延缓慢性并发症的发生发展具有重要的意义。
Objective: To probe into both the methods and effect assessment of self - management education of diabetes mellitus (DM) patients. Methods: A total of 60 cases of hospitalized DM patients were randomly divided into test and control group 30 cases each. Systematic self- managing education was carried out for patients in test group. And traditional education styles were provided for control group cases. Every patient was measured on their related knowledge about DM, fasting blood sugar, blood sugar 2 hours after meal, glycosylated hemoglobin and compliance on non - drug treatment before and after education respectively. Results: In terms of fasting blood sugar, blood sugar 2 hours after meal, glycosylated hemoglobin and compliance on non - drug treatment, patients of test group were better than that of control group 6 months after education (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Systematic self- management education for DM patients can promote their recognition toward DM, enhance their ability of selfmanagement and actively cooperate to the treatment, which has important significance for both controlling blood sugar and postponing the chronic complications of DM.
