智能公共交通系统是智能运输系统的重要研究内容,是将信息、通信控制、卫星定位、计算机网络等技术科学集成应用于整个公共交通系统当中,解决公交车辆运行中处于无序、失控与低效率状态,以达到更好地为乘客服务的目的.本文主要研究用于智能化调度下的公交初始网络优化模型,完成初始网络的建立并提出优化思想.

Intelligent Public Transport System （WIS） is important contents of Intelligent Transport System （ITS）. The approach to dealing with traffic problems is to integrate advanced techniques such as information, communication control, GPS, computer network, to solve the disorder, out of controlling and low efficiency in operating of transit vehicles, and to provide better service to passengers. This paper discussed the method of network optimization based on the intelligent dispatching mainly, and the initial network optimization model.
