摘要 运用主成分分析原理,应用MATLAB软件对反应教师素质的指标进行主成分分析,建立评价模型,实现教师能力评价.该方法简单准确,意义明确,可为教学管理和择优聘用教师提供有效的参考,具有较强的使用价值. By means of the principal ingredient analysis theory, the authors analyseed the parameters of teacher capability with MATLAB software, set up the evaluated model to reflect teacher capability. This method is simple and accurate. It is an effective reference for teaching administration and engaging teachers
