露珠杜鹃的化学成分

Chemical constituents of Rhododendron irroratum Franch.

目的：研究露珠杜鹃（Rhododendron irroratum Franch）的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱，重结晶等手段进行分离纯化，根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果：从露珠杜鹃中分离并鉴定了11个化合物，分别为：β-谷甾醇（1），乙酸橙酰胺（2），β-胡萝卜亭（3），齐墩果酸（4），3,4-二羟基苯甲酸（5），2,3-二羟基苯甲酸（6），没食子酸（7），山柰酚-3-0-β—D-葡萄糖苷（8），山柰酚-3-O-β-D-半乳糖（9）槲皮苷（10），杨梅素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷（11）。结论：化合物1～11为首次从该植物中分得，化合物2,5～7,9和11为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Objective ：To study the chemical constituents of Rhododendron irroratum Franch. Methods： Com- pounds were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and the structures were elucida-ted on the basis of spectral characteristics. Results： Eleven compounds were isolated and identified from R. ir-roratum Franch. as 13-daucosterol （1）,aurantiamid acetate （2）,β-daucosterol（3）,oleanolic acid （4）,3,4-di-hydroxybenzoic acid （5）,2,3-dihydroxybenzoic acid（6）,gallic acid （7）,kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside（8）,kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactoside（9）, quercitrin（10）,myricetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside（11）.Cnclusion： All the eleven compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time, and compounds 2,5～7,9 and 11 were isola-ted from Rhododendron for the first time.
