小面积全层皮肤制备皮片的改良与应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:介绍一种小面积全层皮肤制备皮片的改良方法。方法:36只SD大鼠随机分为2组,自背部切取4 cm×4 cm大小全层皮肤组织,实验组使用鼓式取皮机及双面胶纸将其反削成中厚皮片,对照组采用眼科剪将其修剪成中厚皮片。将皮片原位移植于大鼠背部创面,术后8 d观察创面愈合情况,计算皮片成活率。并将该方法应用于手术患者21例。结果:实验组皮片完整无缺损,厚度均匀一致;对照组皮片厚薄不一,部分皮片有剪破痕。实验组制备时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01),而皮片成活率高于对照组(P<0.05)。手术患者术后皮片成活良好。结论:小面积全层皮肤组织制备皮片的改良方法能够有效提高皮片质量,缩短手术时间。 Objective:To explore a modified method for preparing small area skin graft. Methods:Thirty-six pieces of fullthickness skin tissues of the size of 4 cm×4 cm were obtained from the back of Sprague-Dawley rats, and randomly divided into two groups. The full-thickness skin tissues in experimental group were chipped into split-thickness skin grafts with the aid of drum dermatome and double-side gummy paper, and in control group the full-thickness skin tissues were sheared into split-thickness skin grafts with scissors. The auto-grafts were grafted back to the wounds on the back of rats. The condition of wound healing was observed 8 days after grafting, and the survival rate of skin grafts was calculated. The modified method was applied to 21 patients undergoing skin grafting. Results:The skin grafts in experimental group were unbroken and uniform in the thickness, while the skin grafts in control group were ragged and rough partly. The preparation time of experimental group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P 〈 0.01 ), while the survival rate of skin grafts of experimental group was higher than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). The auto-grafts of the patients survived well after surgery. Conclusion: The modified method can improve the quality of skin graft and shorten the preparation time effectively.
