摘要 研究了一种新型螺旋三油腔动静压滑动轴承的性能,与普通中间供油三油腔滑动轴承对比,探讨了滑动轴承的油腔位置角变化对轴承油膜承载力及8个动态特性系数的影响。结果表明,螺旋三油腔动静压滑动轴承螺旋油腔的存在,改变了轴承内润滑油的压力分布,极大地降低了轴承静动态特性的各向异性,使轴承在不同的圆周方向上表现出较为相近的性能,这对于如镗床类沿周向交变载荷的场合是极为有利的。 Compared with conventional three straight oil wedges journal bearing, the influence of the oil cavity location angle on bearing performances was studied on a novel spiral oil wedge journal bearing. The results show that the existence of the spiral oil wedge in the spiral oil wedge journal bearing makes the different pressure distribution compared with conventional bearing,which reduces the anisotropic characteristic of the bearing greatly, and makes a close performances at difference directions in whole circumference. The lower anisotropic characteristic is suitable for the situation with various loads in circumference direction, such as boring machine.
