可拓理论在某柴油机磨损状态监测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 通过对柴油机磨损评价指标的选择,建立了柴油机磨损评价的物元模型。对某型柴油机1000h可靠性试验中反映磨损的数据信息进行分析,运用建立的可拓物元模型对柴油机的磨损状态进行了评价与判断,结果表明这种方法与拆检等方法的评价结果是一致的。 Through selecting abrasion evaluation index of diesel engine, the mathematical model of abrasion evaluation criteria of diesel engine was established. The data information which reflects the abrasion during the 1 000 h reliability testing of the certain diesel engine was analyzed, extension theory was used to appraise and estimate the abrasion condition of the diesel engine. The test result shows that the effect of this method is identical with the disassembling method.
