摘要
在LC1100电子韧铜熔铸过程中采用了新工艺,利用紫铜旧料生产出了高导电率的电子铜带产品。讨论了热处理过程中,带材的力学性能变化规律和微观组织的动态变化过程;冷变形过程中材料的组织、性能的变化规律,以及不同加工率对热处理后组织的影响。
LC1100 electronic ETP strip is one of our main products. Through adoption of new processes for melting and casting, we succeed in producing high electric conductivity strip with used copper. This paper discusses the law governing the mechanical properties the dynamic changes of its microstructure during heat treatment. The law governing the changes of the structure and properties during cold deformation as well as the effect of different deformation ratios on the structure after heatment are also discussed.
