摘要
首先介绍了中国电信网络资源管理系统现状,分析了网络资源管理系统面临的各种挑战,并对国外知名资源管理系统软件的特点进行阐述,着重探讨了中国电信网络资源管理系统建设和发展的基本思路,并且提出了分阶段实现目标和实施要点。
In this paper, we introduce the current status of the network resource management system （NRMS） and analyze some challenges which NRMS is facing in China Telecom. And illustrate some excellence software of resource management system in worldwide. Discuss the basic way about how to build and develop the NRMS of China Telecom and point out the roadmap in different stage and the essential issues in program implementation.
