摘要
以30%醚菌酯悬浮剂(SC)为例,采用湿式超微粉碎法,考察了不同结构的高性能分散剂与润湿剂搭配使用,在不同温度下贮存不同的时间对悬浮剂外观、细度、粘度、悬浮率、分散性的影响;将喷雾助剂有机硅表面活性剂作为一个助剂组分,应用于农药制剂配方中。结果表明,高性能表面活性剂在农药悬浮剂中合理应用,可使悬浮剂性能指标较优,较大降低表面张力。高性能的润湿剂、分散剂搭配使用,能获得协同效应,明显提高悬浮剂的物理稳定性,从而提高制剂质量。
The method of wet milling was developed and different high performance wetting agents and dispersing agents were used together in formulating kresoxim-methyl 30% SC. In order to check the effect on appearance, particle diameter, viscosity, suspensibility and dispersibility under the storage of different temperature and time. The Silicone surfactant was used as one of the adjuvants in the pesticide formulated product, and the result indicates that： the proper application of high performance surfactant can make the performance excellent and the surface tension decreased in pesticide SC. The physical stability and the quality of the formulation are improved obviously by the cooperation of high performance wetting agents and dispersing agents.
