摘要
研究了国产代森锰锌(3家公司生产的3个产品,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)在水或5%亚硫酸钠水溶液中的稳定性及在和空气平衡时的稳定性。通过X-射线粉末衍射法确定在水中氧化-还原反应主要的固相产物是合成碳酸锰和合成硫,同时用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了溶液中锰和锌的质量浓度。上述3个产品的稳定性顺序为产品Ⅲ优于产品Ⅰ,更优于产品Ⅱ。澄清液中的锌/锰比值远低于原产品。在5%亚硫酸钠水溶液中,反应的主要固相产物是碱式亚硫酸锰钠的水化物。
The stabilities of Chinese mancozeb(three products, Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ from three companies) in water or 5% sodium sulfite aqueous solution in equilibrium with air atmosphere have been studied. In the former the main redox reaction products obtained in the solid phase are Syn. MnCO3 and Syn. S, which were identified by X-ray powder diffraction method and the concentrations of manganese and zinc in aqueous solution were determined by ICP-AES. The stability order of these products is product III better than Ⅰ and far better than Ⅱ the clear liquids the values of Zn/Mn ratio are much lower than in the raw materials. In 5% sodium sulfite aqueous solution sodium manganese sulfite hydroxide hydrate (Mn2NaOH(SO3)2.H20) is the main reaction product in the solid phase.
