充分利用影像检查,提高头颈部疾病诊疗水平

摘要 近年来,耳鼻咽喉头颈外科进步韵重要标志是微创手术的应用与普及,业务范围的拓展,如颅底和鞍区手术等。这些进展均要求我们精确地了解每一位患者的解剖和变异,病变的位置及范围,与邻近神经、血管等结构的关系以及病变的性质等。现代影像技术的迅速发展,不仅可以显示精细的解剖,详尽的病理形态学改变,还可以了解病变的微血管变化、病变部位的代谢状态以及功能改变。在临床实践中,应充分、合理地利用各种影像检查技术,才能更好发挥影像学检查的临床价值。
