摘要
通过建立“推动效应”模型和“拉动效应”模型的方法对中国社会保障支出的水平与国民经济增长的适应程度进行具体测算。经实证分析,中国社会保障支出的增长速度已经超过了国民经济的增长速度,特别是“五险”中的医疗保险。鉴于此,中国应该放慢社会保障支出的增长速度。
The model of pushing effects and drawing effects are set up to quantitatively analyze the relationship of social security payment and economy growth. Conclusion is drawn through these models that the social security payment level in China has overstepped the need of the national economy growth, especially the medical insurance. Therefore, the development speed of ,social ,security payment of China should be slackened.
