三辊行星轧机(PSW)轧管研究

INVESTIGATION ON TUBE ROLLING OF THREE-ROLL PLANETARY MILLS (PSW)

在理论分析三辊行星轧制的轧制力和轧制功率的基础上,进行了轧制试验,结果表明,采用三辊行星轧机轧管,无论是尺寸范围,还是表面质量、公差均能达到预期目的。

Rolling experiments were carried out based on the analysis of rolling force and power in a three-roll planetary mill. The result shows that dimensions, surface quality and tolerances of piPes rolled with the mill can all meet the specified requirements.
