摘要 采用锡锂引发剂合成溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR),并对其分子结构与物理机械性能进行了研究。结果表明,苯乙烯和乙烯基含量对SSBR玻璃化转变温度和0℃的动态黏弹性(tanδ)有明显影响;0℃时tanδ值较高,而在60℃时tanδ值较低,实现了高抗湿滑和低滚动阻力的平衡。 Solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubbe(SSBR) was synthesized by using tin-containing organic lithium as initiator, and the molecule-structure and the properties of SSBR was investigated. It was found that the effect of the content of 1,2-structure and styrene on the Ts and 0 ℃ tanδ of SSBR was obvious. The value of tanδ is high in 0℃ and low in 60 ℃, it was shown that the SSBR using tin-containing organic lithium as initiator had achieved the balance of good mechanical properties, high wet skid resistance and low rolling resistance.
