摘要
对变压吸附提浓乙烯原理进行了论述,分析了提浓乙烯产品中甲烷含量超标的主要原因。通过改变变压吸附操作时间和对置换气进行调整,增强置换能力,提高了变压吸附分离效果,有效地降低了产品气中的甲烷含量。
The principle of pressure swing adsorption(PSA) concentrated ethylene gas was described. The cause of overproof CH4 in concentrated ethylene gas was analyzed. By adjustment the time of PSA and the volume of replacement gas, the separation effect of PSA was improved, and the CH4 in concentrated ethylene gas was reduced.
