摘要
概述了低温等离子体的产生原理及放电形式,介绍了电晕放电、介质阻挡放电技术的特点及其结构类型。对国内外低温等离子体放电技术在环境污染物治理、医学、高分子材料以及物理领域中的应用研究进展进行了综述,并指出了未来的发展方向。
The basic principle and discharge technology of low-temperature plasma was illuminated. The characteristic and framework of corona discharge and dielectric barrier discharge was introduced. Furthermore, the advanced in applied low-temperature plasma discharge technology including environmental pollutant treatment, medical science, macromolecule material and physics area domestic and abroad was summarized, and the prospect and future development are discussed.
