摘要 概述了改制分流工作的意义、归核化理论的特点及原则,详细介绍了中国石化集团北京燕山石油化工有限公司改制分流工作情况。针对当前国有企业改制分流过程中出现的问题,提出加快完善改制企业法人治理结构,强化监督管理职能建议。 The significance of structure reform and reposition of personnel, and the characteristic and principle of moving back to the core business was summarized. The status of structure reform and reposition of personnel in Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd., SINOPEC, was introduced in details. Referring to the problems emerged in the structure reform and reposition of personnel in state-owned enterprise, proposed some useful suggestions to speed up corporate governance structure perfectly, and strengthen supervision and management functions.
