细辛素及其衍生物的合成与生物活性 被引量:2

Synthesis and bioactivity of sarisan and its derivatives

摘要 为了探索细辛素的构效关系,为创制新农药提供线索,以芝麻酚为原料合成了细辛素及其6种衍生物,并对其生物活性进行了测定。结果表明,3d、3e、3f为新化合物,未见文献报道,所有化合物的结构均经1H NMR、IR确认。生物活性测试结果表明,所有化合物均具有一定的杀虫活性,其中化合物3b和3g杀虫活性最显著,校正死亡率达到90%。 In order to investigate structure-activity relationship analysis of sarisan and therefore provide a clue for creation of new pesticide, Sarisan and its 6 derivatives are synthesized from sesamol, of which 3d, 3e and 3f are first studied. Their structures were characterized by ^1 H NMR and IR. The biological activity tests showed that all of the compounds exhibited insecticidal activity,of which 3b and 3g are significant.The study is helpful to structure-activity relationship analysis of sarisan.
