利用产品设计软件简单快捷的设计功能,提出了建立教学立体模型;分析Solidworks设计软件的特点,提出了基于Solidworks环境下的系列零件设计功能并利用Excel建立零件库参数表,建立了常见教学模型,给出了实现方法和实例,该方法常可以运用在系列产品的设计及标准件设计等多种设计工作中。将该设计用软件运用于教学中,避免了制作课件过程中的重复性劳动,可大大提高立体模型建模的工作效率。

Stereoscopic teaching models were the function of simpleness and rapidness of design product design software, Common teaching models were set up and examples were given after analyzing the characteristics of Solidworks design software and discussing the Solidworks designing function, while using Excel to set up spare parts database parameter forms. The method is usually applied in various designs such as the series product and standard piece.
