摘要
运用典型硫酸盐法制浆工艺对速生人工林苏柳172、苏柳799(Salix×jiangsuensisCL.‘J172’andCL.‘J799’)制强韧硫酸盐浆性能进行了系统研究,活性碱用量为10%~16%,硫化度25%,液比1∶4,升温75min至170℃保温120min,研究结果表明,两种试材用碱量均低,在蒸煮至Kappa值20左右时,J172,活性碱用量约为13.1%(Na2O计),J799活性碱用量约为13.8%。细浆得率高达52%~53%(对绝干木片),纸浆性能研究结果表明,纸浆易于打浆,成纸性能优良,有很优秀的强度性能,在30°SR左右时,裂断长8.2~8.6km,耐破度达5.5~6.4kPa·m2/g,撕裂指数达6.1~9.7mN·m2/g,撕折度750次以上,J172,J799皆为制强韧硫酸盐浆良好原料,可以用于生产强韧包装纸板,高档牛皮卡纸,经漂白后可以用于部分替代进口长纤维配抄高级文化、印刷用纸。
The paper was prepared to report our investigations on Salix × jiangsuensis CL ‘J799’ and CL ‘J172’ wood samples from rapid growing plantations, by means of a typical kraft pulping process with the followed conditions: active alkali usage range of 10%~ 16%,sulfidity 25%,wood to liquor ratio 1∶4, time to temperature 75 min,and time at temperture 120 min.The results show that, at the kappa no. 20, both of the two clones consumed lower alkali chemicals, i.e. about 13 1%(as Na 2O) for J172,13 8%(as Na 2O) for J799. The pulp yields were up to 52%~53%(on o.d.wood). Kraft pulps from above species were easy to be beaten and good of paper making and strength properties. At the drainability level of 30 0 SR, handsheets were made from both J172 and J799 pupls and physical properties were tested at the GB standard conditions. The results shows that breaking length was at range of 8 2~8 6km, burst indices of 5 5~6 4 kPa.m 2/g, tear indices of 6 1~9 7 mN·m 2/g and fold endurance of more than 750.Therefore, salix×jiangsuensis CL ‘J799’ and CL ‘172’ would be of good potential species for pulwood plantations, their kraft pulps could be used as furnishes for various grades of liner board, high strength packaging paper products etc. By a suitable bleaching process, their bleached pulps also could be used to produce good quality writing, printing and packaging paper grades.
