摘要 目的研究在丙溴磷农药作用下,油菜的抗氧化酶系统(过氧化物酶POD、过氧化氢酶CAT)的活性变化。方法POD和CAT的活性测定分别采用愈创木酚法和紫外吸收法。结果丙溴磷对油菜的POD、CAT活性影响显著,处理组POD、CAT活性明显高于对照组,CAT活性在实验天数内呈现先升高后下降的趋势。结论在油菜遭受丙溴磷胁迫初期POD和CAT活性变化显著,可作为丙溴磷迫胁油菜比较敏感的生物指标。 Objective An experiment was carried out to study the effects of profenofos stress on the activi- ties of catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) in Brassica Napus. Methods The activities of CAT were determinated by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and the activities of POD were detected by visible spectrophotometry. Results The results showed that the activities of CAT and POD were all promoted under the profenofos stress. Prolonged duration of profenofos stress increased the activities of CAT, which soon declined. Conclusion The activities of CAT and POD which were all highly improved could serve as sensitive biomarker under profenofos stress in Brassica Napus.
