摘要
目的探讨前列腺癌中血小板源内皮细胞生长因子(PD-ECGF)的表达与新生血管形成的关系。方法用免疫组化技术和Western blot方法检测22例前列腺癌组织中PD-ECGF蛋白的表达和微血管计数(MVD)。结果前列腺癌中PD-ECGF阳性表达率为54.5%(12/22),表达位于肿瘤组织的基质细胞中,肿瘤细胞中均未见表达。在22例前列腺癌组织中平均MVD为71.21±31.14/100倍视野,PD-ECGF的表达与MVD间存在显著地相关性(r=0.50,P=0.005)。结论PD-ECGF在前列腺癌组织中呈高表达与前列腺癌的血管生成显著相关,可促进前列腺癌组织中新生血管的形成。
Objective To observe the expression of platelet- derived endothelial cell growth factor ( PD- ECGF) and its relation to anglogenesis of prostate cancer. Methods The expression of PD- ECGF and microvessel density (MVD) were studied in 22 prostate cancer patients by using immunohlstochemical and Western blot technology. Results Positive expression of PD - ECGF protein detected in 12 (54.5 % ) of the 22 cases. The positive staining for PD - ECGF was seen in the stromal cells within cancer tissue. However, cancer cells were negative for PD - ECGF in all cases. The mean MVD in 22 prostate cancer cases was 71.21 ± 31.14 vessels per 100 high field of vision. Tumors with a high expression of PD- ECGF showed a high MVD and the correla- tion between PD - ECGF immunopositivity and microvessel density was highly significant ( r = 0.50 P = 0. 005). Conclusion The PD- ECGF is strongly expressed in most prostate cancer and was associated with neo- vascularization. PD- ECGF is likely to contribute to the extensive neovascularization.
