摘要
在实测甘薯淀粉有关物理参数的基础上，推导了计算淀粉搅拌器功率的方法。
Based on determining some useful physical parameters of sweet potato starch,the calculation method of power of the mixer for sweet potato starch has been studied.And the factors of the effects on consuming power are analyzed.
