＂Deepthroar＇ means a sexy action in American English, and then a film was named by it. At last, it means a person who informs against somebody. Recently, in Chinese, It has been used by some publications to represents notifiers, etc. This paper analyzes the development of the word , and points out the development results from the mechanism of metonym and metaphor. Based on the analysis, this paper explains the expansion of the usages of the word.
