通过宪政的含义引申出宪政之下的国家权力的几个特点,并结合我国实践,论述了我国进行宪政建设须处理好几者关系,建立并完善相应的制度。

In line with characteristics of national power under constitutionalism extended by its implication, combined with the practice in our country, the essay expounds that in the construction of constitutionalism we should deal with the relations between the national power and others soundly, and conotruct and improve the appropriate system.
