摘要
本研究运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自编反映个体工作环境和社会经济状况问卷来探讨幼儿教师的心理健康状况。通过对粤川渝等省市幼儿教师811份有效问卷的分析,结果发现:14.8%的幼儿教师有明显心理障碍,主要表现在强迫症状、躯体化症状、焦虑、敌对和抑郁等方面。
We use SCL -90 and questionnaire of working environment & social and economic station to investigate kindergarten teachers' mental health states. After analyzing the data of 811 kindergarten teachers, we find that 14.8% of the kindergarten teachers had relatively serious mental health problems, which mainly include obsessive - compulsive symptom, somatization, anxiety, hostility, and depression.
