马来酸左旋氨氯地平与氢氯噻嗪合用治疗轻中度高血压的临床研究

The clinical study of levoamlodipine maleate tables unite with hydrochlorothia zide tablets in the treatment of mild-middling hypertension

目的:研究马来酸左旋氨氯地平(以下简称氨氯地平)、氢氯噻嗪合用与单独应用氨氯地平对轻中度高血压患者的疗效。方法:采用随机、平行对照试验分为两组,A组(氨氯地平+氢氯噻嗪)B组(氨氯地平口服)共治疗8周,治疗4周、8周时进行降压疗效分析。结果:治疗8周末A组较B组的舒张压及收缩压下降幅度更明显(P<0.05)。A组总有效率86.5%,明显高于B组的62.1%。结论:氨氯地平与氢氯噻嗪合用降压效果优于单用氨氯地平。

Objective：To study the effect of levoamlodiprne maleate tables unite with hydrochlorothiazide and levoamlodiprne tablets singly in the treatment of mild-middling hypertension patrents.Methods：Two groups were divided random ly pardlely and contrastly for experiment.Group A（levoamlodipine maleate tables unite with hydrochlorothiazide tablets）. Group B （levoamlodiprne）,treatment for eight weeks in all.The effect after four weeks and eight weeks was analyzed respectively.Results：At the end of the treatment for eight weeks,the DBP and SBP of group A decreased more significantly than group B（P〈0.05）,the effective rate of group A was 86.5% exceed significantly 62.1% of group B.Conclusion：levomalodiprne maleate tablets unite with hydrochlorothiazide tablets is more effective in the treatment of hypertension.
