衰老对中枢听觉处理的影响 被引量:3

摘要 与年轻人相比,在噪声环境中老年人较年轻人对语言理解能力较差。这一方面与外周性听力损失有关,另一方面亦与感知能力及高级听觉处理能力降低相关。本文综述了衰老对中枢听觉处理的影响,主要表现为:耳间语言感知不对称性随年龄增长而渐明显,这种效应部分是由于认知能力的减退,部分是因为大脑半球间信息传递效率降低的原因;老年性改变对于大脑半球在言语处理上不对称性有影响,老年人表现为左半球优势;老年性改变对大脑表面事件相关电改变有影响。
