夏蚕大蚕期条桑一日二回育试验

摘要 为节省劳力,经试验春蚕大蚕期改1日4回育为1日2回育是可行的,但夏蚕期气候,叶质,蚕品种等与春蚕期差异极大,是否可行?笔者于1996年夏蚕期,以“薪杭×科明”蚕品种为对象,用夏伐桑的疏芽和春伐桑的条桑,在5龄期进行1日2回育和片叶1日4回育对比试验,结果条桑1日2回育转片叶1日4回育见熟早,健蛹率高,全茧量、茧层率略高。但差异不显著,证明了夏蚕期采用疏芽或条桑1日2回育也是可行的。 In order to save labour,the experiments have proved the possibility to rear grown silkworm twice a day in spring rearing season. But,the climate,leaf quality and silkworm variety in summer are significantly different from that in spring,whether it is practicable to rear grown silkworm twice a day.in summer? Authors took'Xinhang×Kemin'as test variety,and carried out the contrast test between silkworm rearing with shootlet thinning of summer-pruned mulberry and mulberry shoots of spring pruned mulberry twice a day and silkworm rearing with entire leaf 4 times a day during 5th instar in summer 1996. The result showed that the moment on which mature silkworm appeared first was earlier,and the ratio of survival pupae, the whole cocoon weight and the ratio of cocoon shell were all slightly higher than that of control when silkworms fed with mulberry shoots twice a day, But the difference is not significant. It demonstrated that it was possible to rear silkworm with shootlet thinning or mulberry shoots twice a day in summer rearing season.
