《脾胃论》风药应用探析

Analysis on application of expelling wind drug in treatise on the spleen and stomach

本文结合《脾胃论》中具体方药,从解表升散、升阳举陷、疏肝解郁、发散郁火、调理气机、散化内外湿邪等六个方面阐述了《脾胃论》中风药的应用。并提出“辛温发散”乃是风药治疗作用的根本。以期对拓展风药在临床中的应用有所裨益。

According to the study of particular prescriptions and herbs in treatise on the spleen and stomach, the application of expelling wind drugs were expound from such six aspctes： relieving exterior syndrome by dispersion, elevating Yang to raising the sinking, smoothing＇the liver-Qi to relieving the depressive syndrome, clearing away and dispersing stagnant fire, regulating Qi activity, dispersing the interior and exterior dampness. It is pointed out that dispelling exopathogens with pungent and warm drugs were the root of the therapeutic action. The author wished the work had some help to expand the applications of expelling wind drug in clinical practice.
