HPLC法测定鼻通宁滴剂中木兰脂素的含量

Determination of Magnolin in bitongning Drops by HPLC

目的：测定鼻通宁滴剂中木兰脂素的含量。方法：采用HPLC法，以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为色谱柱：DiamonsilC18（250mm×4.6mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈一水（49：51）；流速：1．0mL／min；检测波长：278nm。结果：木兰脂素在36．00～84．00μg／mL范围内，浓度与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．9994）。平均回收率为100.84％，RSD为1．32％（n=9），方法的精密度、稳定性及重现性良好。结论：分析方法简便，快速准确，可作为鼻通宁滴剂的质控标准。

Objective：To determination the content of Magnolin in bitongning Drops by HPLC. Methods： HPLC with Diamonsil C18 （250 × 4.6mm,5 μm ）column was used.water （49 ： 51 ）as a mobile phase, flow rate was 1.0ml/min and detection wavelength at 278nm. Results ： The method had good linear realationship with in the rage of 36.00-84.00 μg/mL of Magnolin, the correlation coefficient（r） was 0.9994. The average recovery rate was 100.84%, RSD was 1.32% （ n=9 ）. The method is suitable for the formulate of the quality standard with sufficient accuracy, stability and reappearance. Conclusion ： The method is simple, fast and accurate. It can be used for quality control of bitongning drops.
