前康平对大鼠前列腺炎模型的影响

Research on the Effect of QianKangPing on Prostatitis Rat Models

目的:观察前康平对大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎的作用,为临床应用提供药效学依据。方法:Wistar大鼠按体重随机均衡分组,于造模前后连续给药10次,分别于精囊腺头叶进针注射无菌1%角叉菜胶生理盐水溶液,制作大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎模型,观察病理模型大鼠前列腺液中的白细胞数和卵磷脂小体密度,体重、前列腺指数及前列腺病理切片等指标;采用t检验、Ridit分析进行统计学分析。结果:前列平可以改善非细菌性前列腺炎模型大鼠的一般状况(P<0.05),明显降低模型大鼠的前列腺指数,不同程度减轻白细胞的浸润,高剂量组具有高度的统计学意义(P<0.01),其作用优于前列康组;病理切片观察结论提示本制剂各组有明显的改善作用。结论:前康平具有改善大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎的作用,其疗效明显,与临床应用相符。

Objective： To explore the effect of QianKangPing on Prostatitis Rat Models and provide medicinal basis for clinical use.Method： Wistar rats were stochastically grouped by weight, then give them QianKangPing 10 times continuously before and alter making model, injecting 1% germfree earrageenan physiological saline into the first leave of rats＇ spermatie gland to make germfree prostatitis rats model, observe model-rats＇ prostate secretion to find out the guidelines including the count of leucocyte, the density of lecithin Jolly body, weight, prostate index and pathologic slice, ete; Make statistic analyses with t-teat, Ridit method.Result： QianKangPing can improve germfree prostatitis rats＇ general state （P〈0.05）, obviously decrease the prostatitis index of the rats, alleviate the soakage of leucocyte in some degree. QianKangPing with large dosage has heavy statistics meanings （P〈0.01）, it has better effect than QianLieKang; the result of pathologic slice show that QianKangPing has good curative effect on all the groups of rats in the experiment. Conclusion ： QianKangPing can improve the rats＇ germfree prostatitis, and its curative effect is obvious, according with clinical use.
