摘要
对发生在西昌电网的一起电网事故原因进行了分析。指出因变压器中性点保护间隙整定不当造成了中性点保护间隙的误动作。分析认为,变压器中性点保护间隙的整定应考虑实际运行的海拔高度和运行环境污秽程度的影响并进行校正,不易统一规定。
The cause for one accident in Xichang power grid is analyzed, and it shows that misoperation of protective gas neutral point is the result of the unsuitable setting of neutral point protective gap of transformer. It proposes that when setting the protective gap of the neutral point of transformer, it is not suitable to set one certain value, it is necessary to consider the actual height above sea level and the impact of dirtiness on the operating environment, and then the setting needs to be corrected.
