摘要
研究了聚氨酯发泡木丝板的工艺参数、成型方法,以及两种原材料的胶合机理;探讨了板材的性能、结构及应用范围;进行了经济效益和社会效益分析。结果表明,聚氨酯发泡木丝板具有质轻、保温、吸音、防火等优良性能,用作隔墙可大大减少建筑物的地基处理费用;提高建筑物的保温性能,降低能耗;增加实际使用面积;且施工简便。
The foamed wood wool board is composed of fast growing aspen wood wool and polyurethane foam. For its ilghtweight, insulation of heat and sound, it can be used for wall and roof materials, such as exterior wall sheathing, interior partition wall and so on. The manufacture parameters, the molding method, the bonding theory, the application and economic analysis have been studied in this paper. By the experiment, it has been testified that to produce a good board, the technology parameters should be well controlled: the wood wool must be dry fine in order to be compounded with the polyurethane foam evenly. Its dimension chosen in this experiment is: width 1mm, thickness 0.4 mm, length has no limit, the wood wool must be dried and the better value of moisture content is about 10%; the maximum content of the wood wool is about 60%. Compared with the traditional construction materials, this kind of board is very light( its density is about 0.1 g/cm 3) and quite insulation of heat(its thermal conductivity is about 0.05 W/m. K ). If it is used for wall and roof materials, it will reduce the cost,decrease the consumption of energy, increase the useful area, abridge the construction cycle. Therefore it is quite economic and can compete with the traditional construction materials. Some experts think it will have a good time.
