摘要
设计了一条以2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶为起始原料,由无水乙醇、金属钠和2-硝基丙烷形成的2-硝基丙烷钠进行温和氧化,一步得到目标产物的新路线,所得产品纯度高,收率好。
A new method for synthesizing 6-chloropyridine-3-carbaldehyde in one step is presented in this article. 2-Chloro-5- (chloromethyl) pyridine was oxidized gently with sodium salt of 2-nitrpropane, which was formed from reaction of anhydrous alcohol, metallic sodium and 2-nitropropane to yield 6-chloropyridine- 3-carbaldehyde.This method could harvest a high-purity product at a high yield.
