当今世界,传统安全威胁和非传统安全威胁的因素相互交织,霸权主义和强权政治在新形势下又以“颜色革命”这一新的形式表现出来。中国作为后发型现代化社会主义国家,在经济高速发展的进程中,出现了诸多不和谐的因素,面对如此复杂多变的国际形势,更易受到“颜色革命”的冲击。唯有在加快经济发展的同时,注重和谐社会的构建,才能有效地应对来自国际环境的挑战,防范和化解“颜色革命”的风险,确保现代化建设的顺利推进。

The traditional and non-traditional threats to security have mixed in today＇s world. Hegemonism and power politics are emerging in a new form as ＂colored revolution＂. China, a developing socialist country, is meeting lots of non-harmonious factors. Facing the complex and changing international situation, China is vulnerable to the ＂ colored revolution＂. Only by speeding up the economic development and meanwhile attaching importance to the construction of harmonious society can China effectively meet the challenge from the international environment, avoid the danger of ＂colored revolution＂ and ensure the smooth process of modernization.
